SMALL WONDERS STAFF

The safety of the children is our number one concern. Small Wonders obtains a Child Abuse & Neglect Clearance from the Department of Human Services for all employees. Small Wonders also obtains a background check (I-CHAT) from the Michigan State Police for all employees. It is a requirement for all employees to sign a personal statement that states they have never been charged with any crime, as well as obtain these background checks.

Consistency is a priority in all of our classrooms. All of our Lead Teachers meet educational requirements required by the State of Michigan. They are assigned to a permanent classroom, as are their assistants.

Small Wonders requires all employees to have current CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogen Training, in addition to continuing education.
